Registration Info
Registration information:
Returning and new players may sign up online beginning November 1, 2011. Players may also register in person at Open Registration (In Person) on Sunday, November 20, 2011 at Thousand Oaks High School at the TO Lax Expo from 12 Noon – 4 PM. Thereafter, registrations will be accepted by on line. You may pay online or send a check via mail. Registration is on a first come, first serve basis and the number of players permitted on a team is limited. To allow time for uniform orders, registration will close on Jan. 3, 2012 (unless extended by TOLC). No one may register after January 10, 2012 unless written permission is secured by the registrant from the Southern California Lacrosse Association (“SCLA”).

Important! Registration is not complete until you create an account and register your player(s) on the Thousand Oaks Lacrosse web site.
Registration Note: US Lacrosse membership is NO LONGER required by the SCLA to register. TOLC will secure secondary medical coverage for players directly, and the cost is included in a player’s registration fee.
Membership Fees:
2012 Membership Fees are as follows:

Multi-Player Family Discount: 5% off for 2 or more family members registered with TOLC at teh same time.
Player fees cover: Team expenses, including field reservation fees (games and practices), referee fees, field equipment, uniforms, SCLA fees, insurance, and other administration costs. All players must provide their own equipment (boys: helmet, shoulder pads, gloves, sticks, arm guards, cups, mouth guards; girls: eye protection, sticks).
TO Lacrosse Club Registration Requirements:
All youth players must reside in Thousand Oaks and home address must be listed on the CVUSD website “Street Index” as Thousand Oaks High School being your son or daughter’s forward-looking high school destination or optional high school destination. Refunds:
Registration Fee Refunds will be available until December 26, 2011 for unexpected circumstances (i.e., moving out of the area), less a $25 non-refundable administrative fee. If a player is injured or must withdraw after December 26, 2010 refunds are not available. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to: accounts@tolacrosse.com . Registration is on a first come, first serve basis and the number of players permitted on a team is limited. In the event your player is not able to be placed on a team, you will be issued a full refund not later than January 19, 2012.
